I follow your surveyor-of-record's direction and ensure that every line will meet your specific state and municipal requirements.

TIVOP is designed to be flexible. Some firms use me as an "Emergency Valve" for overflow when their in-house staff is slammed. Others prefer a more permanent arrangement. For regular partners, we can sign an Ongoing Service Contract that locks in your rates and reserves dedicated weekly production time, giving you the capacity of a full-time drafter without the overhead, benefits, or office space costs.

I keep it simple so you can stay in the field. All I need is your raw field data (CSV and field notes), your CAD template (or a past plat to match), and the relevant deed or legal description. I handle the rest, plate drawing, surface modeling, automated linework, and technical annotation, and return a complete, recordable drawing to your desk in 24–48 hours.
